The book is about the vampires from Transylvania and how they handle the virus. The story starts with Daciana's portrait, presenting the village where she was born, the landscape, her family, her friends and neighbors. Daciana has a famous grandfather who lives in Transylvania. She decides to visit him and takes with her the 2 best friends she has. There were a lot of reasons why her mother didn't agree that Daciana meets her grandfather and the girls will discover them in Transylvania. Alexander, the strongest vampire, Michael's descendent, wants one of the girls to marry with. Alexander and his clan of vampires live in Canada. None of the 3 girls can leave their land and go with him. The 3 girls are quite different and have their own role in the book. They also engage themselves in love stories that will bring them a lot of troubles. When they are trying to deal with their quotidian, the virus appears and everything changes.
