Lace- A Joyfully Recommended Title

I quickly gobbled up this spin-tingling novel in one setting. This fabulous pager-turner had my emotions overflowing from one extreme to next - I laughed and cried right along with each and every character. The entire book was rich with both amazing detail and sensational passion. I could totally relate to both Lacey and Damien on a personal level and I fully understood the reasoning behind their actions throughout the story. Although, there were times where I wanted to bang their heads together and say enough is enough! As I mentioned earlier, Lace will bring forth many emotions - emotions that you never knew you had. Hats off to Ms. Carmichael for writing one of the most heart felt novels that I have ever had the pleasure of reading. A Beautiful Romantic Tale

This book was an AWESOME romance novel. The main characters were wonderfully caring people and most of the story was believable. The problems between Damien and Lacey were ones that could have happened in real life and the way they worked through their issues was very plausible.~~~~~~~This story definitely held my attention! I didn't want to put it down, unfortunately there's this thing called sleep, but other than during those moments of snooze it never left my hands until I was finished. The relationship between Lacey and Damien developed naturally and realistically and the love scenes were HOT!!! The chemistry between Damien and Lacey leapt off the pages.~~~~~~~Mrs. Carmichael was once again able to convey the emotions of the characters perfectly. I really cared about these people. When they laughed, I laughed, when they cried I cried. It was just that moving. And when Lacey was devastated by a cruel act of another person, you really felt her pain. Also, I could relate to what she was feeling and her reactions almost every step of the way in this book. At one point Damien had a major issue to deal with, and even though I empathized with him I was upset with his treatment of Lacey, and even though I understood his dilemma, I didn't agree with the way he handled it, but you know MEN. Another Definite MUST Read from Mrs. Carmichael. And I'll be waiting to read more about Daniel and Holly, I know it's gotta be coming.

a five star romance

This book was a great romance novel. The characters were beautiful people and most of the story was realistic. The problems between the characters were ones that could have happened in real life and the ways they worked with them were realistic. The story was good and held my attention so much that when I had to put the book down, I could not wait to get back to it. The relationship between the characters developed naturally and realistically and the love scenes were HOT!!! You could feel the chemistry between them Also critical, the secondary characters were not overly intrusive in the story. This author was able to convey the emotions of the characters perfectly. I really cared about these people. When the female character was devestated by a cruel act of another person, you really felt her pain. Also, I could relate to what she was feeling and her reactions almost every step of the way in this book. At one point the male character had a major issue and I also was able to relate to what he was dealing with and found this to be realistic. This book was well worth 5 stars.

WONDERFUL

This is one of the best books that I've ever read. It'll have you on the edge of your seat, anxious to find out what happens next. It'll make you laugh & cry. Giselle has outdone herself here. Pick up a copy of this book and you'll be glad that you did. I'm waiting anxiously for the next one. This girl is one of the best authors that you'll ever come across. I also recommend "Magnolia Sunset" & "I'll Be Your Shelter"

Entertaining

The book LACE was a satisfying love story from beginning to end. Once I started reading I didn't want to put it down. LACE captured by attention from the very first page. I've read Ms Carmichael's other paperbacks and this one too held my attention. I strongly recommed it.
