book book but.....

although this book is a well written. I have some reservations with it. I commend the work of Salinas in translating these spiritism books from Brazil dealing with reincarnation and the mental and emotional quadrium we human beings create for ourselves. what in particular I take issue with is the negative portrayal of Jews in some of these stories. I do understand that these stories are of 18, 19 century (for the most part) but still the way Jews are portrait is shameful and should be unbecoming of a person (medium or spirit) of certain elevation. I consider myself a scientific spiritist but am also a Jew. Again the moral content and spiritual undertones are of worth but the premise that a good Jew is the one that convert to Christianity is of bad taste in the 21st century and back in time.
