Dr. Kerley holds a Ph.D. in French from Tulane University, an M.A. from Middlebury College's French language school and a B.A. from Colby College. She has lived and studied extensively in France and also studied in Germany, Italy, Mexico and French Canada. Dr. Kerley currently lives in the D.C. Metro Area where she teaches French to adults, young children and businesses. It has been her lifelong dream to write children's stories. This is her first children's book.
