Bark Mouglas enjoys archery and reenacting the Joker dance. Following a rehab stint for alcoholism, Bark is ready for a fresh start in life. He moves to Galena-a colorful old port city-with a new job, new apartment, and high hopes for the future. However, when a maniac with a green afro and wrapped torso to toe in filthy bandages begins stalking him, things take a turn for the weird.
