In an old Victorian house during a Christmas Eve blizzard, twelve-year-old Leo, a cynical and selfish boy, inadvertently breaks an ancient pact by unlocking a forbidden attic door. He unleashes the Krampus, an ancient entity that punishes avarice and preys on the "naughty."

The family quickly becomes trapped in a terrifying, psychological siege as the monster systematically destroys their home and claims their selfish uncle as its first victim.
