Creepy clowns and jesters find their way into town. Even the fortune-tellers and palm readers set up camp in the middle of the town. Billy will tiptoe into town through the dark looking for that one clue to his money that he stole when he was alive from a Bank. He will leave messages that he is still alive after a group of teens resurrect him from the pauper's graveyard. People in town say his friends that died with him on Will street?
