The Krav Maga principles are then demonstrated and explained in situation, in real speed and in slow-motion, following several angles. Krav-Maga, literally ''Fight-Contact'' in Hebrew, (''close quarters combat'' in French, or ''close-combat'' in English) is the combat system of the Israeli army. It was created in the 1980s by Imi Lichtenfeld. Simplified, the modern Krav Maga is a very efficient self-defense system. It is taught as a martial art in many countries and has been adopted by police forces and armies throughout the world.
