Informative Reading

"To walk with the Lord Almighty is the greatest adventure" writes Dick Purnell on page 87 and this book is designed to help you do so. He calls for a 31 day experiment whereby you focus on a different Name of God each day. It can be done individually or as a group. He recommends the latter. As you focus in the manner he suggests, "you will find yourself on an adventure into the supernatural ways of the Most High God" (p. 9). The way the process works is like a devotional. A Scripture is given for each day and a metitation to go along with it. For example, Day 3 the Key Verse is Exodus 3:14 "God said to Moses, 'I AM WHO I AM. This is what you are to say to the Israelites:' IAM has sent me to you.'" And the Name of God for that day is Lord (Jehovah). An application section concludes each day's devotional. This is a good book for accomplishing its purpose. I give it my higest recommendation.
