"I just want to see the light of Allah..."

But that is not the Goal

The Goal is: "I want to know Allah " Seeing the light of Allah is the means, not the end

The catastrophe and the humiliation is if you see the light of Allah... but you miss out on the knowledge (ma'rifa) of Allah
