great, concise book on small groups

We decided to use Collison's book as the training manual for our small group leaders. It is filled with practical wisdom and personal examples. But, most importantly, it is relatively short and can be easily read by those with busy schedules. The appendix includes an example leader training session which has been a great resource in the design of our own training.
