Kings of the Promised Land

By Justin Gabriel

Israel demanded a king. God gave them one. Samuel the Prophet warned them of the consequences, but they were hard-hearted and would not listen. God's anointed-King Saul. But where did Saul come from? What was his background? How did he conquer the kingdom? Most of us wonder about the background of Biblical characters. Kings of the Promised Land fulfills that longing as we experience the times and life of King Saul and the shepherd boy, David.
