A new era has begun in the Midwest. Like him or not, Trey Wilkens the self-proclaimed King of the Streets has established dominance on the streets of Chicago for over a decade. The Midwest drug lord has continued to stay one step ahead of Sgt. Turner who has had it out for him since the shooting of his son at Trey's Nightclub. Monica Wilkens, Trey's exotic wife has grown tired of his drug dealings and constant infidelities. She puts Trey on notice and demands him to choose between his family and the streets.
