While trying to write about an epic love, when she's not certain she still believes in the concept, she befriends local bar owner and son of her Vrbo hosts, Laurie Anderson. As her resident bartender and expert on all things Amber, Laurie aims to help Olive finish her novel, which features a love interest that may or may not be loosely based on him.
