Kim's new BFF gets Kim into a lot of interesting problems very similar to her mom's life. The most interesting is her new BFF has her on injections to make her small breast grow. The side effects creates new problems which seem to have no end. Her breast grows large and they are full of milk to her dad's delight. Drinking her milk changes him into a super stud which makes Kim's mom fall in love with him, and all seems to be well.
