After five years of being away, Andy Powell returns to Echo Falls. While trying to finish his senior year at McCall high school, he reunites with his childhood friend, Blair White. She invites Andy to a party to catch up and reconnect. All hell breaks loose; a fight breaks out, and a corpse is dropped in front of everyone. Panic ensues as a massive storm passes over their small town, trapping everyone inside Echo Falls. One by one, people start dying; the R.N.F serial killer seems to be hunting the staff and students of McCall high school.
