Tom Story is retired F.B.I who has been chasing a serial killer for years always falling just one step behind and getting there one minute to late. Now after five years of hiding the Chase Franklin has resurfaced using his fake internet accounts to lure in yet another innocent teen. The media has dubbed this guy the killer catfish because his accounts are so believable even the F.B.I has trouble tracking him.
