Haider Qureshi is an Urdu poet, short story writer, essayist, critic, editor and journalist. He moved to Germany in 1994, and is living there uptil. He is the editor of the literary Urdu magazine 'Jadeed Adab', first launched from Khanpur (Pakistan) in 1978, and later from Germany. This book "Khatti Meethi yaadein" contains his literary sketches related to the life of some of his near relatives.
