Khadijah Malveaux is a very intelligent creole woman from New Orleans,La she takes you inside the scope of her life through very confidential poems and notes. Paying a very intellectual homage to her home state of Louisiana speaking of different life experiences from New Orleans, Cane River, Lake Charles, Lafayette Parish, Gonzales, Covington, Natchez, Thibidaux and Vacherie. Her artistic works revealed the reality of child molestation, sickle cell anemia battle, mental health awareness, womanistic pride, black pride and the basic desires of art. She developed a strong intellectualism in various areas of her life and each of them catered to her being a motivational mogul for other women in Louisiana. She knows what it means to be a victim of domestic abuse, she has seen first hand the diplomatic effects of social disorder, she channels the dilemmas of her life and lays down a profound philosophy of what the state of love truly personifies. Her mission as a creole woman of color is to give other creole women in Louisiana an essential influence in overcoming the social stereotypes they face daily.
