In a world full of self proclaimed gurus Graham stands out as the real McCoy. He has already done the work of traveling the world and experiencing different schools of thought for us. He has applied the teachings of various meditation masters and has come to the point where he is able to share with us the best of the best. If you're looking for a guru to teach you how to meditate then look no further. This book is all the guidance you will need to experience the wonders of meditation. Apply the techniques within and you too will be on a path to spiritual awakening. I avoided getting involved with some who would have had me settle for extraneous peripheral psychic experiences instead of real spiritual advancement thanks to reading this book. You will need no other book on meditation.

An Easy Read to Get To Know Myself!

This book is a easy-read for people like me. I don't want all this metaphysical new agey stuff with dream worlds and stuff. I don't have much care for institutional religions, but I was still looking for a simple way to find the answers to those burning questions all of us have. Like, what is my purpose here and why we all tend to suffer so much. The writer seems to patiently take me through step by step to live my life but with a clearer state of mind and soul with a understanding to maybe one day answer that question! I feel for the rest of my life, I will be refering to this book often! WOW, it does work! Try it!

Graham..Where Are You?

As I was reading Graham's book about 10 years ago, I was glued to his colorful way he writes and, then, WHAM...Pure Bliss seeped into my life and everything was more than clear...I felt a sensation that I knew not possible...I had a clarity that shouldn't have existed...I attained a Level of consciousness I will NEVER forget..God Bless You Graham!
