"Keep Moving Forward" is my story of life as a child in the system and how it affected my years going forward. I had no other choice but to keep moving forward. As my book title would indicate, I made it through, but many others are not so fortunate. The abuses I suffered are minor in comparison to that of some, but we are all survivors and not victims as long as we choose to be so. This is a book that aims to tell the story of my journey to awareness, but moreso to give hope to those struggling to get to the other side.-Don't give up - never give up. "Fight on and believe in your own power" is the message under everything written in my story.
