Katrina Owens is a 40ish American nurse working in a Riyadh hospital in Saudi Arabia where she is charge-nurse in the ER. After six years in the desert kingdom, the outrageous Katrina now has her belly full of the severely dysfunctional Saudi society. Especially fed up with the oppression of women, she is itching to finish her contract so she can move on to a hospital job in more liberal Dubai.
