Not "Good condition"

I can't speak to the book's content because I haven't read it but I am not happy with my order. I ordered this book as a gift; it was categorized as good condition. Unfortunately, it arrived with bite marks on the top right corner of the first few pages and warped. This has clearly been chewed by an animal and was most likely wet at one point. This is not what I consider good condition at all. There is no option for return so I'm stuck with a book that is not suitable for gift giving.
