When two brutal killers begin stalking the nightlife of Kasper Bay, Marshall decides it's up to him to stop them. One is a strangler targeting women in crowded nightclubs. The other is the Bay Butcher, a silent monster who moves through the darkness with a knife and a mask.

While the police struggle to keep up, Marshall launches his own investigation with a ragtag group of volunteers and a plan that may be even more dangerous than the killers themselves.

Unfortunately for Marshall, Kasper Bay isn't the action movie he thinks he's starring in.
