finally a book from someone else's point of view

karen, nancy and hannie are narrating this book instead of just karen herself. It's summertime and the 3 of them spend time together everyday and bringing their doll sisters dolls with them(identical dolls they have) and they do fun activities like going to the park, arts & crafts, building a doll house, making doll clothes and so on. The 3 musketeers also go on a family trip with the brewers. But then one day when hannie wanted to spend time with her family and read some library books karen took it the wrong way cause she wanted them to be together all the time but she learns that it's great to have friends but they were too close for comfort that they were getting sick of each other for a bit. But all is well in the end and they are still best friends though they learn they don't have to be together 24-7 to justify their friendship. On the side, Nancy is told that she is going to be a big sister and Karen teaches Andrew how to read which was very sweet of her.
