Love the design of the book !

The design of this book is awesome, I just bought it yesterday and I'm excited to read it !

Individualism knows neither immitations nor limitations !!!

Again, a wonderful written business book from those two super authors. While the book title might be a bit misleading, it's all about INDIVIDUALITY. It's about experiencing and expressing our individuality in life (mostly through the context of business). Business if floaded with copy-cats. This book is a manifesto against copy-cat business (or karaoke capitalism). Understanding this is like understanding outsourcing. Executives used to believe that 2+2=5. Now it is 5-2=7 because the more non-core activities you place outside the firm the higher the value you can generate. Funky :-)
