Very comprehensive and easy to study from

This Kaplan book helped me to score high on the PCAT, much higher than if I did not buy it. The materials are easy to read and study from...but you have to study and do the practice questions. Do not expect to just read it and to do well, unless you are a genius.

Great book!

I find this to be a great study aid for the PCAT. Although there are several errors, it is overall a great text to have.

Great comprehesive review.

It was an overall good review book. The emphasis was on review as opposed to the Barron's. The practice exams were a good taste of what the actual exam was like. However, these type of review books should be used adjunct with your textbooks -- although I found the explanations in the answer sections quite thorough. The only negative comment I can make about this book is that it lacks sufficient discussion/sample questions & answers for the Essay section. However, I found studying from the MCAT review books quite helpful as per another reviewer. The style of the essay section is virtually the same as that of the MCAT.

Just what I needed

I found this study guide to be very useful, especially the chapter on the new writing section.
