The book itself was in great shape

The book itself was in pristine condition. However, there was no cover as advertised in the photo. While trying to return it I read that the image is not guaranteed to be what you get. That seems like a pretty poor way to run an on line business. What good is a coffee table book without a photo cover? Also, when I removed the label/price tag, part of the linen cover came off with it This was intended to be a gift, so now it’s just going to be a book on my shelf. That’s unfortunate .
