In this book, you get a real insight concerning the suggestion- or idea-boxes as functioning in the Japanese industry. Step by step and in the typical japanese way of detailed describing, it is explored (i) what the real aim of suggestion-boxes (building people) is, (ii)how to get there (asking questions, not giving answers) and (iii) who are the real key persons (employee and direct supervisor) (iv) when: long term result means short term efforts (first go for the people, the results will come).
