Never departing in tone and timbre from a somewhat amicable and farcical, obstinately absurd storytelling style, Kafka's Hat assembles a pleasant labyrinth of intertextual references, which make room for the diverse imaginary worlds of Jorge Luis Borges, Italo Calvino, and Paul Auster.
