Dedicated to Former Mayor of Oakboro, Mrs. Joyce Little. Thank you for your endless encouragement, love, and support of the K9 Program.

Additionally, K-9 Sgt. Eschert and K-9 Joker would like to say thank you to all K-9's and Police Officers who are actively serving, retired, and those who have lost their lives in the line of duty. Our hope is to share about Community K-9 Joker's work and play life with Oakboro Police Department and K-9 Sgt. Eschert in an effort to humanize the badge. We would like to thank Community K-9 Joker for his service when he was an active Police K-9, his continued efforts in the community now, K-9 Sgt. Eschert, Oakboro Police Dept, and all of the Stanly County First Responders who are working hard to help keep our citizens and community safe.
