Although this budget might not be much for few but most of the low budget adventurers find it too much to spend this amount on a two-week trek. This high cost barrier limits the number of tourists on the K2 Trek despite it being one of the most challenging and rewarding treks in the world. While doing the K2 trek and managing it Independently without tour operators, i learned a lot about the inside stories about this trek and the people.
