This research is a synthesis of contemporary Venezuela through the life of our character Juvencio Pulgar, a political leader born in the state of Zulia at a historical moment that marks the beginning of oil exploitation. He lived through the dictatorship of P rez Jim nez, experienced exile and on his return to his homeland continued his education in the classrooms of the Central University of Venezuela, where he projected his ideas and became part of the country's political arena.
