Fifteen years after Vaxxers, the brilliant, socially awkward neurobiological scientist Kurt has been relocated from The Cube to The Aldous Institute to continue working on the Dot for the government. His latest design includes an innovation that provides the capability to control populations of Dot wearers. It is hijacked by a high level scientist who is only interested in personal gain.
Most of the crew from Vaxxers including Jayden the FEA Commander, Luke from the Mountain community, Jayden's daughter Lilly and the street urchin Kenzie are reunite to stop the ultimate mind control weapon.
During the adventure, Kurt realizes that the woman who that has taken care of his every for decades is in love with him. And he discovers feelings of his own.
