It's one thing to receive the Holy Spirit, and it's another thing to be filled with the Holy Spirit, depending on what encounter takes place. Just as depending on a person's capacity for deliverance, some people may require a laying on the hands a time or two, and some may require another form of Baptism whether physical or spiritual, to ensure a greater impact has taken place.
