It's one thing to receive the Holy Spirit after becoming a Believer, and it's another thing to be Fire Baptized with the Holy Spirit. Depending on a person's capacity for deliverance, some people may require a laying of the hands a time or two, and some may require another form of Baptism whether physical or spiritual, to ensure a greater impact has taken place. I have often experienced spiritual baptisms during my sleep, then suddenly I'd awaken up speaking in tongues.
