I was born in White Plains, New York and grew-up in the nearly town of Green-burgh, New York. I graduated from the Woodlands High School in Hartsdale, New York. In June 1964. I next enlisted and served in the United States Air Force in 1965 and retired in 1994. During my time in the same I earned an Associate's De-gree in Work Center Management from the Communi-ty College of The Air Force, A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at North Texas State Univer-sity and a Master's Degree in Management from Web-ster University. I attended other colleges working to-wards another Master's Degree in Education. I taught fifth and sixth grade students in both Fort Worth and Arlington, Texas.
