Malpractice and our legal system

An excellent and dramatic true story of how our legal system has gone awry in the way it interacts with the medical world. The author expresses the terrible toll that malpractice suits take on the individual physician, and on our society as a whole. This is an excellent book for all to read, but especially for physicians who often must run this gauntlet.
