Geneva is the place where these men, women and children BUILT NEW LIVES AS FREE AMERICANS on a Firm Foundation of Faith, Family and Freedom. The Extended Geneva Family across America returns to this quaint place annually on the third weekend in June for a Juneteenth Celebration. We proudly take financial responsibility for maintaining our Historical Community. It includes three Cemeteries (the Eternal Resting Places of Our Enslaved Ancestors), one Baptist Church, and now the Geneva - New Zion Community Center (former Methodist Church).
