Hi, my name is Alexis Salgado. I am a recording artist/songwriter. I wrote Julie The Bully to demonstrate to younger audiences the serious effect bullying has on others. I hope this book not only teaches children to stop bullying but, also to stand up for themselves and show love to one another. I was personally bullied in school growing up. I spent most of my school years either begging to stay home or pretending to be sick at school just to go home early. Music seemed to be my only escape at the time. With bullying being a serious issue... I hope that my book Julie The Bully can be an escape to all children as, music was an escape for me.
