JUDGE HARVEY; Is based on a character from the series of on one of my early books, Separated By Time. The main character here is Judge James Rufus Harvey, although in the earlier book, he lived his own life but was also involved and connected to an important area event that occurred and to the people who were in those plots. He went through a lot, at times himself, as he moved West from Virginia prior to the Civil War and struggled to open a law office in Oklahoma and later was appointed as a Judge in the area he lived. Now we get to see what was included in his life as Rufus ponders and reviews all that did occur from his point of view. And this does include both good and bad moments.
