When I was tiny, I remember the joy I felt when my dad made a Union Jack kite and took me with him to fly it on the recreation ground. I kept asking for a go, but it was enormous, and I could not hold on... In some ways, that kite experience has come to be a metaphor for my life. I have had to let go of some of the things in life which others chase after. I have written this book to share how I am coping and to hopefully act as an inspiration to help people who are facing similar difficulties with their mental health. I also want the readers of this book to realise I am revealing a window into my soul, not to share the problems that circulate in there, but to share the glories of God who rules in there.
