America has suffered a financial collapse followed by war. The year is 3024 and two political parties arise: the Filaths and Chloraths. The Chloraths believe in social class annihilation and supremacy. They believe the weak are to blame for the fall of the nation's financial structure. Mass genocide is occurring against the Filaths who are being driven into severe torment and oppression. Sfen is a Filaths living as a refugee on the run, taking cover from the abuse of the Chloraths. This is Sfen's journey as a refugee suffering abuse and genocide and his journey to Opes, the land of his father.
