Journey Through My Soul is a collection of poems that reflect a single, ambitious mother's perspective on life, family, love, pain, God and loved ones that have completed their mission down here on earth and have been taken to a better place. All of the poems reflect a time period within my life; that I was taken out of my comfort zone. Writing has become my therapy and it helps me to express my feelings as well as give knowledge and encouragement to others when needed. Encouraging words lift spirits, close open wounds and lift hearts.
