Journey of Rise takes you into a world ruled by an unseen king. This fierce dictator keeps the populace confined by brutal punishments and historical ignorance. Unsure of where they've come from, the people try to scrounge an existence for themselves. Large ruins litter the landscape of a forgotten past. Servants of the king continually stalk the realm and make sure the laws are kept. The king's magic is all powerful, and a smart person will avoid any contact with his servants where possible. Break one of the laws and death would most likely follow. Massive walls keep the population separated and in-check. The walls stand 300 feet tall and four of them make up one sector. Each sector wall spans for 50 miles, with many undesirable locations along the way. Traveling the sectors is a crime, punishable by death. Rise's journey begins when he commits a crime he thought to be impossible. He soon finds out that some laws can be broken.
