This is a personal journal of a two-year journey through southeast Asia, Nepal, Sri Lanka and India learning and practicing a new way of living. Reinventing myself as I follow my passions. It is an account of not only healing myself but learning how to heal others.

Traveling from the islands of Thailand to the mountains of the Himalayas, I was searching and finding answers to my life purpose. Adapting and surrendering to all that life has to teach me. I take you on my adventure of self- discovery and transcendental practices. Focusing on keeping an open mind and heart, I know this experience is about trust and applying my practices.

Tom Spiros is an entrepreneur and author. He is a licensed massage therapist, certified yoga instructor, meditation coach, and self-therapy instructor. Having dealt personally with juvenile arthritis and chronic pain as a child, he understands the suffering that comes along with it. From his travels, cultivated teachings, and practices, he has learned techniques to improve his personal well-being and find relief from pain.
