Heal Thyself

JOURNALING POWER by Mari L. McCarthy Since I dabble in a journal each and every day, I thought I'd give JOURNALING POWER a try and see if it would help put more of "me" into my daily scratchings. The author has great insight into healing your body and your mind through writing. She leads you through the common pitfalls that line the road to wellbeing. She gives you tips for journaling daily so you can change your habits gradually and improve yourself. Highly recommend.
