Great for teenage girls

This a very good book/journal for teenage girls. It helps express the way you feel, with helpful hints. Alot of my friends own the book to and they all love it. They also say that it helps them with the so many emotions they have. It is really hard to be a teenager and not express your emotions/feelings. I believe that all teenage girls should have this because it helps so much you feel like a better person. Inside and Out. I Strongly recommend it to all of you guys it is wonderful!
