If you love the album, it's ideal

I adore the album and wanted to play it on piano and sing. The only image included is the first page and it's one note. So here are two pictures showing the average chords and most difficult page (will try to upload). I've been playing the piano for 25 years and have played for two weddings. This book is perfect: not too hard, not too easy and I could sight read most pages easily.
