Mega-Joke reference

Here it is... The only book of humor a person will ever need to have. This is an assemblage of the best stories and comic wit of the past several decades. Kim Cooper demonstrates he is a wizard in editing a book filled with the real gems, those famous and sometimes infamous jokes you often wish you could use at just the right moments. For those of us suffering from a steadily declining, synapse-challenged comic wit, the book is a true resource. Cooper has pruned the material down to the best, and we now have it to serve as our bible of comic jokes & stories.

Funny Book!

This is a VERY funny book. Mr. Cooper may or may not be a successful executive-who knows?!-but he certainly spent much of his career yukking it up instead of, we can safely assume, working. This collection is what happens when a gold-miner sifts the mud out, over the years in a swift, muddy stream-and then not only grins at the nuggets he sees but, actually, shares them. (Admittedly an obvious and deranged point of view, but so these things go.) Organized into loose categories/chapters that are all TOO recognizable as human experience and, therefore, subject to our own, human, ridicule-Mr. Cooper's hilarious collection of jokes and stories provides demonstration of our collective folly and illustrates how funny, indeed, things really are. It's a gem. Any TRUE Knucklehead will love it. Of particular note, for me anyway, is "From a Man's Perspective" and, I suppose, "Not Too Bright." "It Takes a Twisted Mind" is also brilliant and painfully funny. Other chapters include "Getting Old," "All in a Day's Work," and the delightful "Our Government at Work." Indeed, the chapters may encompass every relevant realm of human experience and, therefore, silliness. (And irony.) Humor is an infamously personal thing-one man's ceiling is another man's floor, as they say-but this volume has been provided by the gods to satisfy any taste. (And most of them are clean!) If laughter is, indeed, the best medicine-then this book IS a bona fide vaccination in the butt and aspirin for the soul. Highly recommended for ANY jokester, prankster, and especially the normal human walking out the front door, in the morning, for no good reason at all. Gems.
